Speed Paths for Minecraft 1.12

Speed Paths is a Minecraft Function that gives you a boost of speed when you are using grass paths encouraging everyone to connect pathways everywhere they can.

This Minecraft Function was inspired by the Gamemode 4 Server (GM4) that had this feature in Command Blocks and later as a Plugin.
